At Beairsto Lehners Ketchum safety is always the priority. Starting with a comprehensive training program for every employee, our staff is well prepared to deal with any situations that may arise. Additional resources are always available and no one is ever expected to complete a task that they do not feel is safe. The root of our safety program is the Field Level Hazard Assessment, which is completed at every job site and requires a step by step emergency plan to be created and provides all the information that may be required in an emergency situation.
Although the Alberta Occupations Health and Safety Act always has the last word when it comes to workplace safety, we provide each employee with our own safety manual to supplement and interpret rules, procedures and safe work habits. Many elements of our safety manual are available on the navigation bar to the right.
